1. Service Description

SpinWin is an entertainment platform where users spin a virtual wheel and receive a prize result. To withdraw any prize to M-Pesa, users must pay a processing fee of KES 100. This fee covers payment processing costs.

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this service. By using this platform you confirm you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and refuse service.

3. The Processing Fee

The spin is free. To receive any prize via M-Pesa, a one-time processing fee of KES 100 is required. This fee is non-refundable once the M-Pesa STK push has been sent and accepted.

The processing fee is not a bet and the spin outcome is not gambling. Prize values displayed are the maximum possible prize amounts. Actual prizes vary per spin result.

4. Prize Withdrawal

• Prizes are processed and sent to M-Pesa within 72 hours of a successful processing fee payment.
• You must provide a valid M-Pesa registered phone number.
• Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or substituted.
• We reserve the right to verify identity before releasing prizes.

5. Referral Program

When you refer a friend using your referral link and they pay the processing fee, you earn 10% commission. Commissions are tracked automatically and paid at the admin's discretion.

6. Responsible Use

This platform is for entertainment. Do not pay the processing fee if you cannot afford it. If you feel you are spending beyond your means, please stop and seek support.

7. Prohibited Users

• Persons under 18 years of age
• Users attempting to defraud the platform
• Automated bots or non-human participants

8. Limitation of Liability

SpinWin is not liable for M-Pesa transaction failures caused by Safaricom network issues, incorrect phone numbers provided by users, or delays beyond our control.

9. Privacy

Your M-Pesa phone number is collected solely to process your withdrawal and will not be shared with third parties.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
